For students, typically aged 13 years, requiring training and rehearsal programmes in preparation for music scholarship applications, bespoke courses are available. Music theory, musicianship, aural training and sight-reading in addition to performance guidance, presentation and communication can be tailored to meet the needs of each student.

No guarantee of success is given (!) but recent students of this individual course have successfully secured music scholarships to Ardingly, Brighton College, Burgess Hill School for Girls, Lancing, and Westminster.  More recently, awards have included the Junior Royal Academy and the Royal College of Music in London.  In addition, a junior choral scholarship to Winchester was awarded in 2010.

The course takes place on a weekly basis, usually in the autumn term prior to the scholarship exam.

Fees: £36.00 per hour
