For students, typically aged 13 years, requiring training and rehearsal programmes in preparation for music scholarship applications, bespoke courses are available. Music theory, musicianship, aural training and sightreading in addition to performance guidance, presentation and communication can be tailored to meet the needs of each student.
No guarantee of success is given (!) but recent students of this individual course have successfully secured music scholarships at Ardingly, Brighton College, Burgess Hill School for Girls, Lancing, and Westminster.
The course takes place on a weekly basis, usually in the autumn term prior to the scholarship exam.
